Dear Bay Head Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I am requesting ALL Bay Head Police dispatch entries for ALL parking complaints and ALL police responses to businesses in the 80 Block of Bridge Avenue in the Borough of Bay Head. Please include the initial dispatch CAD entry, narratives, incident reports, police reports, AND summons issued for parking complaints specifically relating to Mary the proprietor of 82 Bridge Avenue and all incidents relating to Mueller's Bakery at 80 Bridge Avenue. For reference of the 80 Block, please use data for the following known addresses and areas; 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, & 89 Bridge Avenue. Also include any apartment, suites, or store numbers related to the addresses.

I am in charge of the record for the police department and am out of the
office today and tomorrow in training. The Bay Head Police Department is
County dispatched and we do. Ot have a CAD system. When are Officer write
parking tickets no exact locetion other then Bridge Avenue is written on
the Summons so there would be no way I could give tou records that we do
not have. These Summons that are issued could be anywhere on Bridge
Avenue. Please let me know if you need anything else or I can give you a
report on how many total Parking Summonses were issued on the entire
length of Brodge Avenue. I would be happy to answer any questions on
Friday if you want to gove me a call I will be in Headquarters from 8 am
to 3 pm.  My direct number is 732-892-0588

I have attached the only report that I have in my system.  You would have
to contact Lt. Green, 732-349-2010 from the Ocean County Sheriff's
Department for a copy of all the CAD entries for the address as to this
Department is dispatched by Ocean County Sheriff's Department so all calls
go thru them.  There have been no parking tickets issued as to this is a
civil matter on private property.
