Dear clerk,
Please be advised that you must seek the requestors approval for an extension according to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Contrary to this, you told me you were extending it, therefore not asking for authoriztion. At this time my request has not been filled nor have you followed procedures outlined in OPRA. I am certain payroll records for the meeting are available and can be utilized to fulfill this request.
