Can you advise why there is a charge for these documents as we have had several requests filled electronically from Manchester previously with no charge

Dear OCSN 32,
In order to get the redactions to be permanent on the document, it requires the records to be printed. Sending it electronically would give you the ability to remove the redactions. The Township is only charging you for the pages with redactions, and not the explanation pages. While, the Township has not charged you previously for copies, since this is becoming a regular request some costs associated with printing has to be accounted for. You are welcome to come pick up all copies with payment, or send in payment for copies and then they can be scanned and emailed to you.
