Good Morning,
Please see the attached. Be advised that due to several reasons, no
further information than what has been provided, will be released. These
related incidents fall under the purview of Criminal/Investigatory as they
obviously involve illicit substances, HIPAA privacy provisions must be
considered as they relate to medical treatment, and lastly the privacy of
the involved parties outweighs the need for the information to be publicly
disclosed. This will complete this request.
