I am informed that in 2011, the Borough repealed Code Chapter 66 (Loitering). I believe that the repeal ordinance is Ord. No. 15-11. I would like:
1. Ord. No. 15-11.
2. The minutes of the Commissioners meeting at which Ord. No. 15-11 was passed on final reading.
3. The minutes of the Commissioners meeting at which Ord. No. 15-11 was introduced on first reading.
