Please provide any ordnance’s or codes regarding the number of Vehicles, boats or trailers allowed on any residential property in the borough of Tuckerton.
Please provide any permits and/ or planning board approvals regarding 224 W. Main St, Tuckerton for use of property as a “used car lot”.

This is the first I am seeing this request and you should have received confirmation that the custodian of record received your request, which I do not think you received; however below is the ordinance via our code book where you can search all the Borough's Ordinances. IF you type in key words in the search it will bring you to the specific ordinances.

As for planning board approval we do not have any government records for 224 W. Main Street pertaining to the approval of a "used car lot"
As for the request of any permits for a "used car lot" there is no record of that as well.
