1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held
liens.
5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well and
please make sure these are all separate list

I apologize for the lateness of this response. You will see where the Tax Collector responded to you on the 10th, I had originally thought that she had copied you on the response.
I am going through all of my emails and OPRA's today and I see where that you were not copied. I sincerely apologize.
Attached you will find the documents requested. Please be advised that we do not keep a list of vacant or abandoned properties.

Good morning, Angela,
I am attaching a spreadsheet of all liens, one with just municipal liens, and a list of lien holders. Edmunds does not have the option to put the lien holders into Excel. The Township does assign municipal liens.
I do not keep track of vacant/abandoned properties. Unfortunately, I do not know who does, if anybody.
