Dear Mine Hill Township,
Dear West Amwell Township,
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list

The attached is what we are able to provide you with in response to your
ORPA request which fulfills 1-3.
In regards to number "4) and also we would like to know if the city
assigns there municipal held liens." I reached out to the Mayor to see if
there is any interest on behalf of the Town to sell. Once I hear back
from him on that I will let you know. As of this time there are no Vacant
Properties.

Good morning Jacob,
In regards to number 4 of your ORPA request, the Township Council would
consider any request to assign a lien or liens for full the amount due at
time of assignment and if there is an interest a letter should be
forwarded requesting consideration of an assignment.
