1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well

If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list

Good morning Jacob,

Your request is in process. Please be mindful that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A et. seq. a custodian shall grant or deny access as soon as possible, but no later than seven (7) business days after the request is received unless a shorter time period is provided by statute, regulation or executive order. Day one (1) is the day following the custodian’s receipt of the request.

Our departments are working diligently to provide access in a timely manner. Departments will respond directly.

Good morning Jacob,

The Raritan Township Clerk’s office, the official Records Custodian, received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on August 4, 2022. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is August 15, 2022. A response is being provided to you on the third business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

Your OPRA request sought access to the following: list of al properties with tax liens; list of all municipal held liens, list of all tax lien investors, all vacant and abandoned properties.

A response was provided directly from the Tax Collector on August 5, 2022.
