Opra surplus funds
Dear Hudson County Prosecutor's Office,
We hope all is well we are reaching out to see please provide a list of all persons who are owed surplus funds from the sheriif sales dating from 2019-2024

Before we prepare a formal response, I was advised that the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office is not involved in any manner in sales of any properties by the Sheriff's dept.
I suggest that you file an OPRA request directly with the Sheriff's office who also has an OPRA, custodian of records.
Please let me know what you decide.
