OPRA Requests for Entire City
Dear Brigantine City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I'm requesting copies of all OPRA requests from January 1, 2015 to December 1, 2017
Yours faithfully,
Jersey Guy
Dear Mr. Holden:
Would you like to come in and pick up all of the OPRA requests that you requested. There are over 1000 pages and it is very hard to send via email. Please let me know.
Thank you!
Lynn Sweeney

Please provide a brief synopsis of each OPRA request.

Dear Sweeney, Lynn,
No. Email would be just fine. Thank you for asking Ms. Sweeney. Send in smaller files.
Yours sincerely,
James Holden
Dear Mr. Holden:
Just want to make sure that we are on the same page. I believe the email you sent yesterday is a new request for the police chief selection process. The email from me referring to the 1000 pages is one that I sent last year regarding a previous OPRA request.
Respectfully,
Lynn Sweeney
