Mr. Rozzi:

The Department of State will need a few more days to prepare the response to this request (due to unforeseen staffing/scheduling issues in my office this week and the weather closing today). We require an extension of another week, until 12/22, but will provide response sooner if possible. My apologies for any inconvenience this might cause.

Dear ASK NJ Media Co.:

The attached PDF contains the Department of State's response to your 11/20/2017 Government Records Request (see below), which was assigned the number C127474 by the State's OPRA Tracking System. The file consists of a 52-page report listing OPRA requests received through the Tracking System for the time period specified, followed by two pages listing two requests received by other means during the time period specified but entered into the Tracking System after 11/20/2017 (including this request).

All personal identifying information has been redacted in the attached, as well as the name of the requester in a few instances where the content of the request indicates that the requester is or should be entitled to a reasonable expectation of privacy with regard to his/her identity.

This will officially close out Government Records Request C127474.
