The Borough of Interlaken received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on May 27, 2020.  The official Records Custodian, Lori
Reibrich, received your OPRA request on May 27, 2020.  This response to
your request is being provided to you on the 4th business day after the
custodian’s receipt of said request.

Records Requested: 
All use of force reports filed by the police department from January 1st,
2017, to December 31st, 2019.
Please note that the Borough of Interlaken does not have its own Police
Department and has been in a shared service with the Borough of Deal since
2010. Any and all Police Department record inquiries should be directed to
the Borough Deal Police Department as the Borough of Interlaken is not the
custodian of any records relating to the Police Department. 
At this time with no existing records on file, this request is considered
fulfilled.
