On May 28, 2020 I received your OPRA request which is dated May 28, 2020 via email.
Based upon the foregoing, a response is due on June 4, 2020. This response is being emailed to you on the date set forth above and is therefore timely.
Your OPRA request sought the information listed in your email below.
In satisfaction of your OPRA request, this is to confirm electronic PDF copies of Use of Force Reports completed by the Police Department from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2019 were emailed to you by the Washington Township Police Department Secretary on May 28, 2020.
Based upon the response, I consider your OPRA request completely satisfied and, thus, closed. If, however, you disagree for any reason, or if you seek to discuss any issues associated with your records request, please contact me so that your concerns can be addressed.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the decision by Washington Township to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
