- Tax Liens
- Code Violations

In reference to your request below for open tax balances: We are right in the middle of our 3rd qtr. If I send you the delinquent list right now, it basically would show ALL 3200 properties as delinquent.
I am suggesting you re-send this request after Aug 23 (our 3rd qtr extended due date) and we will be able to send you a more accurate listing.
