There’s definitely an application with that number. I’m looking at set of site plans stamped “CME Received SP 10-539” there’s also a resolution from 2011.

Any luck finding this? It certainly exists. Another homeowner who met with the business admin mentioned that he reviewed several boxes of materials regarding this development so you should check with him.

I have confirmed with the Planning and Zoning Board Secretary and the Township Manager that all documents pertaining to Block 228, Lots 1 and 2, Block 196.04, Lot 27 were inspected and no developer's agreement was discovered. The Township does not have a record of the document.

We have searched all departments and files and the Township does not have a copy of the Developer's Agreement.
The Tax Assessor has confirmed with the County that they do not have a filed copy either.
