I am in receipt of the record request for 6 Pleasant Place, Metuchen. At the current time there are no open building permits or oil tank permits in the file for this property. This does not mean that there are/were no oil tanks, just that there are no permits for one. There are no violations on file.

Please see attached record from the Tax Assessor.
