This email is to acknowledge receipt of your OPRA request dated and
received via email on 5/28/2020.  This response is being provided on the
fifth business day after the receipt of your request.

Please be advised, according to the Government Records Council
publication, “A Citizen’s Guide to the Open Public Records Act,” OPRA
requests must be specific:  Requestors must be as specific as possible
when requesting records. For example, requestors must identify types of
records, dates, parties to correspondence, subject matter, etc.
Searches, requests for information or requests that ask questions are NOT
valid OPRA requests.

While your request does not identify a record but simply asks for
information it is not considered a valid request.  However, I did forward
the request to our Payroll Department and they were able to identify a
record that could provide this information.  Please see attached.

To the best of my knowledge, no other records exist that would be
responsive to your request.  If you are aware of a specific document that
you believe has been omitted, please clearly identify that record by name,
date and subject matter.

This will close this OPRA request.
