I am requesting a copy of the arrest report and any video recording of
the arrest.
On Saturday, 04/26/2025, at approximately 0107 hours a Washington
Township Officer, was patrolling the area of Drakestown Road when they
noticed a vehicle fail to use its turn signal. While observing the
vehicle the Officer determined the driver was having difficulty safety
maintain its lane of travel. The vehicle was stopped and the
investigation revealed that the driver, a 52-year-old subject out of
Budd Lake was Driving While Intoxicated. The subject was arrested for
suspicion of DWI and transported to HQ. The driver was issued several
motor vehicle summonses and released to a responsible party pending a
court appearance.
