Dear Fort Lee Borough,

Under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I am requesting access to records held by the Fort Lee Licensing and Inspections Department regarding all laundromats operating within the Borough of Fort Lee.

Specifically, I would like to request a list of all licensed laundromats in Fort Lee, including their addresses and contact information, as well as any records of inspections conducted on these premises over the last five years.

I would prefer to receive this information electronically if possible, and if there are any fees associated with fulfilling this request, please let me know.

Please see below and attached in response to your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request “I am requesting access to records held by the Fort Lee
Licensing and Inspections Departments regarding all laundromats operating
within the Borough of Fort Lee. Specifically I would like to request a
list of all licensed laundromats in Fort Lee, including their addresses
and contact information, as well as any records of inspections conducted
over the last five years.”

Fort Lee Borough Clerk’s Office- 2 pages responsive.

Fort Lee Fire Prevention- 20 pages responsive.

Fort Lee Fire Prevention has also advised there are no inspection reports
for Profes Corporation Speed Wash.

 

Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as
filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a
Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey
Courts online website.  Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at
201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
