OPRA Request - June 21, 2022
Dear Mansfield Township (Warren),
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records Requested:
For the period from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021, all public records showing the dates and times when the Township Committee conducted public meetings in which:
1. Public business was conducted during a time when the municipal building located at 100 Port Murray Road, Port Murray, NJ, was closed to the public;
2. Public business was conducted at any location other than the municipal building located at 100 Port Murray Road, Port Murray, NJ;
3. Public business was conducted when there was no quorum of committee members physically and simultaneously present in the municipal building located at 100 Port Murray Road, Port Murray, NJ; and
4. Public business was conducted while a quorum of committee members was present but committee members were only available remotely, either by phone or by some other electronic means of communication (e.g., a Zoom meeting);

The OPRA request was received by my office on June 22, 2022. The seven business day deadline is July 1, 2022.
However, there are no documents responsive to your request. I have been advised the Township Clerk would post a Zoom link on the website prior to the meeting.
