Dear Ocean County College,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

2. All vendor pricing schedules, rate sheets, fee schedules, or awarded pricing associated with the incumbent contract(s).
3. The most recent vendor award list, qualified vendor pool list, or pre-qualified vendor roster for these services.
4. Any bid tabulations, pricing comparison sheets, evaluation summaries, award recommendations, award notices, or vendor selection documentation associated with the incumbent contract(s) and predecessor solicitations.
5. Annual usage reports, expenditure reports, purchase summaries, spend reports, or equivalent records showing:
* Total ASL interpreting hours utilized
* Total CART hours utilized
* Total remote interpreting/captioning hours utilized
* Total dollars spent by vendor
* Total number of assignments by vendor
For fiscal years 2024, 2025, and 2026 to date.
6. Any purchase orders issued under the incumbent contract(s) during fiscal years 2024, 2025, and 2026 to date.
7. Records identifying the incumbent vendor(s), contract term dates, and any exercised renewal options.
I request that responsive records be provided electronically via email whenever possible.
If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific legal basis for the denial and release all reasonably segregable portions of otherwise exempt records.
