1) A list of all employees and the plan they take for Health/Vision, Dental and RX benefits given as of January 1, 2024:

2) The bank statement for February, March and April 2024 for where the Self-Insured funds are kept as they need to be kept in a SEPERATE bank account please include all pages.

3) The list of Wall Municipal employees and the payments they received for not taking the health benefits for 2023.
