1) A list of all employees and the plan they take for Health/Vision, Dental and RX benefits given as of January 1, 2024:
2) The bank statement for February, March and April 2024 for where the Self-Insured funds are kept as they need to be kept in a SEPERATE bank account please include all pages.
3) The list of Wall Municipal employees and the payments they received for not taking the health benefits for 2023.

Last night at the Municipal meeting Mr. Bertrand said he was going to follow up on this and I never heard from him today.

Sorry I meant Mr. Bertrand mentioned it on Wednesday evening May 22, 2024 at the public meeting.
Kindly put the documents here as a PDF ONLY that I requested under OPRA as they are public information.
I do not want any replies from the Wall Township attorney who was also my assemblyman Sean Kean. Jennifer Cinelli was just given a $5,000 raise (her 2nd for 2024) so I am sure she can do this on her own and have Roberta Lang the clerk send me the documents. Roberta also just received a $7,500 raise on Wednesday 5/22/24. Her second for 2024.
