34 Grenada St is a Berkeley Township address however Currently, your request fails to identify with reasonable clarity the specific government records sought, as is required by Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J.Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). At this time, we request clarification of your OPRA request. Please respond in writing and identify the specific government records sought so that we may process your request. Stafford Police Dep’t, 381 N.J. Super. 30 (App. Div. 2005): The Court affirmed the GRC’s decision (GRC Complaint No. 2004-78) that the complainant’s request was broad and unclear (“any and all”). The Council ruled that the information sought did not amount to an identifiable government record.
OPRA stands for Open Public records Act it is not a Document. The act allows for public access to government records however the requestor must specify what document they are requesting and from what department
