OPRA Request for Environmental Investigation
Dear Aberdeen Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Whitman would like to review Site files for the Print Shoppe at 1077 Route 34 (Block 88, Lot 1.01), ideally back to when the property was first developed, if applicable, or to at least 1932, whichever is earlier (though it is understood that most municipalities do not keep historical records as far back as this). Please distribute this letter and the attached Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request form to those departments likely to maintain files regarding the following items/matters at the Site:
• Hazardous materials/petroleum products
• Community Right-to-Know information
• Violations or spills
• Operator and ownership history
• Permits
• Underground/aboveground storage tanks
• Septic systems
• Wells
Yours faithfully,
Julia Napoli
