Please distribute this letter and the attached Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request form to those departments likely to maintain files regarding the following items/matters at the Site:

• Hazardous materials/petroleum products
• Community Right-to-Know information
• Violations or spills
• Operator and ownership history
• Permits
• Underground/aboveground storage tanks
• Septic systems
• Wells
