I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Following cannabis-related data for the years 2021 to 2024:
- local cannabis transfer tax,
- cannabis user tax,
- social responsibility revenue, and
- any additional sources of local revenue, such as cannabis application fees.

This is in response to your email dated 5/22/25 to Borough Clerk Lisette
Sanchez which is attached hereto.  I want to kindly inform you that per
P.L. 2024, c.16, all OPRA requests must be submitted using our public
agency’s form which I’ve attached for your use.

 

Once you complete the New OPRA form, please remember to sign and date it
and answer all three questions under penalty of N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3 otherwise
your requested will be deemed invalid.
