                 In response to OPRA request for 50 Greene Avenue,
Totowa.  After reviewing the file only 2 permits were ever issued to this
property.  A Driveway permit and a roof permit.  Hope this helps.

Good Afternoon,

             In response to OPRA request for 50 Greene Ave.  I’m sorry I
overlooked this permit for a oil tank that was issued in 2022 which failed
because it was a leaker.  This permit is still open,  I need a NFA letter
from the state in order to close this permit.  Again I apologize for not
seeing this the first time I responded.
