Part 1 of your request is request for information, not a request for a
record.

With regard to Part 2 of your request, there were 3,881 OPRA requests
filed in 2019, 3,846 OPRA filed requests in 2020, 4,419 OPRA requests
filed in 2021, 4,678 OPRA filed requests in 2022 and your OPRA request was
the 1,644th OPRA request filed in 2023. 

Please note that the City is still conducting a search for records
responsive to Part 3 of your request and two additional weeks are needed

Mr. Kaplan:

The City received a public information request from you on April 18, 2023.
You requested:

1. The amount of money spent in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 on preparing

2030 YTD.

3. Amount of money spent on software programs, subscriptions, license
renews and other computer-related expenses in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022
and 2023 YTD. Broken down by the amount for each vendor.

The information that you requested in part #1 cannot be ascertained with
any certainty.

The information that you requested in part #2 was provided to you on April
27th.

With respect to part #3 of your request, the City has a contract with a
vendor called GovQA which utilizes a proprietary software to manage OPRA
requests. The City started using this software toward the end of 2018. The
City paid $34,055 for GovQA's services during part of 2018 as well as
during 2019 and 2020 and the City paid $17,490 for GovQA's services in
2021. The City has yet to be billed for 2022 or 2023.
This OPRA request is now deemed closed.
