3. Whether there is an underground oil tank;
4. Whether an underground oil tank has been taken out on the above property;
5. Whether there is a septic system on the property;
6. Whether a septic system has been removed.
7. Whether there is any indication of any underground chemical contaminants.

Please be advised that this property is located in Kingwood Township. It
may have a Frenchtown mailing address but Lower Oak Grove Road is not in
the Borough of Frenchtown. Please confirm receipt.
