Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Brick Township should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

I am requesting Police Cad Reports and copies of complaints filed against Ibrahim Muhammad and Ashley Appleton-Tims, both of Brick township cited, on April 8th 2020 for a COVID-19 executive order violation at the coliseum barbershop located at 1905 Route 88, Brick, NJ 08724

This complaint was referenced by the New Jersey Attorney General's Office on April 9, 2020 in the following press release:

Ibrahim Muhammad, 25, and Ashley Appleton-Tims, 25, both of Brick, were charged yesterday, April 8, with violating the emergency orders for opening the Coliseum Barbershop & Hair Salon in Brick. Ibrahim is the owner of the business, and Appleton-Tims is a salon employee who was assisting a client when police arrived yesterday.
