I apologize for not including this information in my original request.
I am writing to add the following disclosures regarding my recent OPRA request:
1. I have not been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
2. I intend to use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
3. I am not seeking these records in connection with a legal proceeding.
4. I am not requesting these records under common law.

The Township of Montague received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request from you dated May 21, 2025. The Office of Records Custodian
received your OPRA request on the same date. The seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is June 2, 2025. This response is
being provided to you on the third business day as the custodian’s receipt
of said request.
The records you requested are as follows:
1. Certificates of Occupancy
2. Certificates of Continued Occupancy
3. Certificates of Approval
4. Certificates of Compliance

Item 1. Certificates of Occupancy
Custodian’s Response: Your request was forwarded to our construction
department who has provided me with the attached document. The attachment
includes one (1) 8 ½ x 11 pages. As these documents are being provided to
you by e-mail, there is no charge.
Item 2. Certificates of Continued Occupancy
Custodian’s Response: The Township of Montague does not issue Certificates
of Continued Occupancy, therefore, this portion of your request is denied
as no such records exist. See Pusterholfer v. N.J. Dep’t of Educ., GRC
Complaint No. 2005-49 (July 2005).
Item 3. Certificates of Approval
Custodian’s Response: Your request was forwarded to our construction
department who has provided me with the attached document. The attachment

Custodian’s Response: Custodian’s Response: The Township of Montague does
