The Township of Montague received an Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request from you dated May 21, 2025. The Office of Records Custodian
received your OPRA request on the same date. The seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is June 2, 2025. This response is
being provided to you on the third business day as the custodian’s receipt

Item 1. Certificates of Occupancy

Custodian’s Response: Your request was forwarded to our construction
department who has provided me with the attached document. The attachment
includes one (1) 8 ½ x 11 pages. As these documents are being provided to
you by e-mail, there is no charge.

 

Item 2. Certificates of Continued Occupancy

Custodian’s Response: The Township of Montague does not issue Certificates
of Continued Occupancy, therefore, this portion of your request is denied
as no such records exist. See Pusterholfer v. N.J. Dep’t of Educ., GRC
Complaint No. 2005-49 (July 2005).
