In accordance with amendments to OPRA effective September 3, 2024, the requestor must either use the approved GRC form or provide all of the information contained within the form, including the three completed certification questions for the OPRA to be processed. I attached the updated form for your reference regarding the requestor information and the three certification questions. You may reply to this email with the information. Upon receipt of the additional information, we will begin processing your request.
