City of Hoboken has received your OPRA request. Please submit an updated request: The N.S.J.A. was updated beginning of September 2024. Under the N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3, you are required to certify three (3) questions that are on the OPRA request form. Attached is a blank new OPRA request form with the three (3) questions. You may use the form or include the three (3) questions in your e-mail. The OPRA request form is also available online. Once we received the updated request. It will be process.
