This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

*Certificates of Continued Occupancy
*Certificates of Approval
*Certificates of Compliance
*Please provide records for all submissions made within the last 60 days, limited to commercial properties or spaces, in a spreadsheet or CSV format.

We received your OPRA request. Please be advised that that under penalty
of N.J.S.A 2C:28-3 you are required to certify that:
I HAVE or HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws
of New Jersey, any other stated, or the United States
I WILL or WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial
purpose
I AM or AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal processing
Your request will not be processed until the questions above are answered.
If we do not hear back from you within 7 business days (June 2, 2025),
this request will be considered closed.
