Attached is the list of all permits that have been issued between February
21^st through May 21^st, 2025. However, this is a very large scope you
are asking for, our system does not specify whether a property is
commercial or residential. Also, certificates of approval are issued for
every permit. Certificates of Occupancy (commercial) are only issued for
the following: New construction and commercial tenant fit-up. If you have
specific permits you want the CO for, please submit an OPRA for those
permits. At this time, this matter is considered closed. If you have any
