This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
5)we would like a list of all vacant and abandoned properties as well
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list

Pursuant to your OPRA request, I believe the attached spreadsheet should take care of questions 1 and 3. We do not have any municipal liens and therefore cannot assign any (question 2 and 4).
We also do not have a vacant / abandoned property list.
