As the Records Custodian for the Colts Neck Township Board of Education, I
am responding to the OPRA request below.  I received your OPRA request on
Monday, October 30th.  Kindly accept this response as being furnished to
you on November 8th, the seventh business day after my receipt of your
OPRA request.
I have determined the following records are accessible and can be
provided, and are responsive to your request:
1. .."all email conversations sent from or received to current board
members from June1st through September 30th 2023 in which the word '5756'
appears." 
As you will see with respect to the above requested records, a redaction
was made on pages 9-10 of the emails to/from Andrew Rytter based on
privacy interests of students and is therefore privileged information not
subject to disclosure.  
Any other redactions are based on matters of attorney-client privilege,
and therefore are not responsive parts to the records request and not
subject to disclosure.
