This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) We would like a list of all properties with tax liens on them.
2) we would like a list of all municipal held liens
3) we would like a list of all tax lien investors
4) and also we would like to know if the city assigns there municipal held liens.
If you can provide these in excel spread sheet that would help as well
and please make sure these are all separate list

liens, municipal liens and lien holders. Please see the attached pdf
which was provided by the tax collector in response to your request. Be
advised that a list is not maintained regarding municipal liens. Also be
advised that unlisted phone numbers and/or social security numbers have
been redacted per NJSA 47:1A-1.1 Item 19.
At this time OPRA # 192-22 is considered complete.
