This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All line items are regarding employee Jonathan Barresi;
Each record should contain the individual’s name, TITLE (at time), POSITION (at time), POSITION PRIMARY LOCATION, salary (and longevity pay, overtime pay if applicable), payroll record, length of service, date of separation and the reason for such separation (if applicable), and the amount and type of any pension received.....pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10.
For the following end-of-month periods:

9.) Jonathan Barresi Resignation Letter (from Principal of Brick Memorial)
10.) Resolution or other approved action by the Board of Education transferring Jonathan Barresi from the position of Principal to Vice (Assistant) Principal of Brick Memorial
