Records requested for 9 Washington Ct:

1. Complete history of ownership. The Township of Livingston does not make
maintain or keep on file a history of ownership.  The Tax Collector's
office advised, Ownership/Deeds are handled by the Tax Assessor's office.
The Tax collector's office records indicate the owner now to be Neil
Goldberg & Eve Cassel.  The assessor's office has no records relating to
this request. You can try the Office of the Essex County Register of Deeds
and Mortgages to find information on ownership history.
2. Complete history of building permits, including application dates, and
their status. Please include a copy of the permit application and any and
all submitted drawings, supporting documents, and other information as
associated with each permit. 
I am attaching the "Construction Permit Summary Report, and copies of
Permit 2023-1316 and 2020-0751 ." Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 unlisted
telephone numbers are exempt from disclosure and have been redacted. As
these documents are being emailed to you there is no cost for duplication
under the Open Public Records Act. 
The Building Department is only required to keep residential plans for 10
years, there are no plans on file for this address.

and to make arrangements to close out any open permits.

supporting documents, and other information as associated within this
history. There are no records responsive to your request.
