Good Morning Mr. Beckwith,
I've received an email from the Housing Officer who replied it will take them 80 hours at the rate of $40.19 per hour to retrieve the documents you requested as they are not readily available. There are approximately 5,000 properties that would require the amount of hours to retrieve the documents.

Please let me know if you would like to proceed with this request.
