I am requesting a List of all residential properties in your city that have had the water shut off any time between 6/1/2019 and 12/1/2019. I only need the property addresses. I do not want any customer information or reason for shut off. I authorize you to redact confidential information in accordance with Section 182.052 of the Utilities Code.

Good afternoon,
The Borough doesn't maintain a list of shutoffs. When water is shut off, there's an unpaid balance. The water service is restored once payment is made. Therefore, the information is attached to each individual account, and its not a parameter that can be used to perform a search or report in our billing system. That said, there are workorders that include water shut offs. The Borough is working to look at the workorders from this time frame to provide them to you but will need an extension until Dec. 20 to fulfill your request.
