I am requesting a List of all residential properties in your city that have had the water shut off any time between 6/1/2019 and 12/1/2019. I only need the property addresses. I do not want any customer information or reason for shut off. I authorize you to redact confidential information in accordance with Section 182.052 of the Utilities Code.

The Township of Scotch Plains received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on December 5, 2019. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is December 16, 2019. This response to your request is being provided to you on the same business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

Response: Please be advsied that no such document exists. Water service is provided by NJ American Water and they do no notify our offices of shut-offs.
