I am requesting a List of all residential properties in your city that have had the water shut off any time between 6/1/2019 and 12/1/2019. I only need the property addresses. I do not want any customer information or reason for shut off. I authorize you to redact confidential information in accordance with Section 182.052 of the Utilities Code.

Denied. No such record exists. Garwood does not maintain a list of
properties that have water shut off. NJ American Water
services the Borough.
This request has been denied pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5.f & Government Records Council Advisory Opinion 2006-01 on the
basis that the request is not for specific government
records but is seeking "information". Government agencies are required to
disclose only identifiable government records that are
specifically described in the request. Gannett N.J. Partners v. Middlesex,
379 N.J. Super. 205, 212 (App. Div. 2005), Bent v Twp
of Stafford Police Dept, NJ Super. 30, 33 (App Div 2005).
