We are requesting a digital format of all OPEN and CLOSED permits, Certificates of Approval and other documents available pertaining to above referenced Property for the time period of Jan. 1972 - PRESENT:
1. Construction permits (all OPEN and CLOSED permits, Certificates of Approval) and approvals for any improvements made on the Property);
2. Oil tank (above or below ground) installation, removal and/or decommissioning permits; and gas conversion;
3. Propane tanks installation and/or decommissioning permits;
4. Septic system installation and/or decommissioning permits and/or public sewer connection;
5. Well installation and/or decommissioning permits;
6. Variances/permits for pools;
7. Variance/permits for sheds, additions, decks and fences; and
8. Surveys.
If the above requested records are not maintained by your office. kindly forward OPRA
request to the proper records custodian or direct as to the proper records custodian
(N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.h.).

Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as
filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a
Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey

indicating that it has been closed pursuant to a letter dated October 23,
2025, from Lombardo Environmental, Inc. Documents provided in email of
October 14 remain the same. Pursuant to NJSA:1A-1 Privacy Interest an
email address was redacted. Hopefully this information will satisfy the
requirements for your closing.
