I have reviewed the construction files and there are outstanding permits
shown for this property.
A list of all permits issued is attached for your review. Note, the
property was formerly block 78.
Open CCO #2022-0120 (failed inspection 3/10/2022 list attached)
In addition, the physical construction file (prior to computers) also has
the following closed permits:
1983-3784 above ground pool
1983-2977 garage
1978-5466 addition
Per tax records this home sold on 5/16/2022. No permits or new Housing CCO
application have been filed to date. A new CCO application and new
inspection will be required. Please contact both Zoning and Freehold
Health for their requirements for a CCO. (both copied on this email).
Any permits in relation to the existing well and septic that serve the
property are part of the Health Department file.
The construction file has no information on any oil tank
permits/demolitions.
