So I received this from the Tax Collectors office: Properties cannot be
over 2 years on their taxes in Warren. Attached is a PDF with a list on
current Open Liens.

Per the state statute, the Tax collector is required to hold an annual tax
sale for all delinquent accounts each year. That is why we do not have any
accounts  with 2 year delinquencies, only the one which is attached
