3. records of oil tanks (underground or aboveground), and/or records of gas conversion
4. records of septic tanks, and/or pubic sewer connection

Ms. Bodnar,
Please accept my apologies, I just found a copy of your emailed OPRA
request that you submitted on Monday, June 6^th. I mistakenly attached
your request to another email and just located it.
In my quick review of the file, please find a permit for a new bathroom. I
also see that a fence was approved in 2005, however, electronic documents
weren’t scanned into our database and I will have to pull the original
documents from the file.
Voorhees Township utilizes a portal called JustFOIA for processing of OPRA
requests. You aren’t required to use the portal, however, it is very user
friendly and easy to use for both the requester and the township. In the
future, if you choose to use the portal, you can access it at
[1]www.voorheesnj.com. Click on the OPRA link at the top right corner and
follow the links to submit an OPRA request.
I will search the file and send to you any other documents.

Ms. Bodnar,
A further review of the file of 403 Willowbrook Way did not find a copy of
a fence permit. The electronic database does show that the Zoning
Department is aware of the fence, and appears to be installed within the
parameters, however, there isn’t a permit on file. I’ve attached a copy
of the change of ownership documents from a previous sale for your
information.
This concludes the search for permits on this property and thus, this
request is complete.
